It most likely that the next computer will allocate a different drive letter and therefore you will need to tell KeePass where the file is each time you move to a different computer. This will probably use the drive letter allocated by the computer you saved it on. Keepass will create a configuration file that will "remember" the last keepass database you used. ![]() I don't use the portable version but, assuming that you are using version 2 and that the portable version behaves like the properly installed version, U can foresee a potential issue if you just blindly copy all of the KeePass files and your single database file.
